RETRUNS

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or speak to our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing.

We do not accept returns but we will happily offer an exchange or refund for any damaged items or quality issues. 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To complete your return, please let us know via email, and the team will provide you with a unique returns reference. Failing to include a note with your unique returns reference inside your return package will result in long delays, and may even mean that your package is not identified at all. 

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order or refund within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to the team at talktomebaby@thedreamersclubstore.com 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to refund or exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
